The Railroad Hobby Show is the largest railroad-themed trade show in America. The event occupies 350,000 square feet in four buildings on the Eastern States Exposition fairgrounds. The show covers all facets of the railroad hobbies - model railroads, railroad art and photography, railroad history and preservation, tourist railroads, railroad artifacts, and railroad books and videos.

Dave Saums recalls the nearly forgotten Rutland Railroad in text and images. The road connected the B&M with Vermont". It featured Milk, Miscellaneous freight and Montreal. Classic New England railroading.

The abandoned B&M has seldom seen roadbeds, structures and artifacts of great interest. None better to show these to us than Andrew Riedl who goes where "no train has gone" for quite sometime. B&M RR history and geography (no extra charge)
December Membership Meeting (Lowell)
December 14, 2024. Celebrating the Holidays with our annual Christmas meeting. It is "member's day": the members supply the entertainment-slides, videos, models, collectibles, etc.- and Jim supplies the refreshments. We start at 3:00PM. Location is Rogers Hall in Lowell, Ma. Free parking across street. Good train talk and good fellowship!
